Working as the Administrator / Team Administration Assistant you will provide administrative support to the team via overseeing the issuing of vouchers via the CRM system, ordering and stock checking of energy saving measures/other deliverables, and by taking on adhoc duty phone calls. As the Administrator / Team Administration Assistant you will be part of a friendly and supportive team across a very busy service. The organisation is target focussed and provide relevant but impartial advice to householders who make the initial contact with them. They do not cold call any household. The company offer a hybrid approach to working, so you can work from home but there are options to work from either offices in Aberdeen or Dundee. There is an expectation to attend the office when requested to do so - for either a working day or in-person meetings.
