You will be key in driving business performance by identifying and optimising underperforming website pages and implementing conversion-focused strategies. Data Analysis & Reporting Use tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to track, measure, and evaluate website performance and customer behaviour. Provide regular reports packed with actionable insights that inform and boost marketing strategies and campaigns. Driving Revenue Growth & Retention Craft and execute strategies aimed at achieving an impressive 20% year-on-year revenue growth. Lead initiatives designed to increase home renewal rates to 80%, fostering customer loyalty and retention. Affiliate Marketing Excellence Build and manage a high-performing affiliate marketing programme that drives additional revenue and expands our reach. Cultivate strong relationships with affiliate partners to ensure alignment with business goals and consistent performance. Collaboration & Teamwork Work hand-in-hand with our Marketing Campaigns Manager to bring in more website traffic through targeted campaigns. Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to optimise, revise, and create high-quality content aligned with business objectives. Partner with Product, Design, and Development teams to ensure marketing strategies translate seamlessly into website improvements. Person Data-driven expertise: Strong hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and CMS platforms to make informed decisions. Website optimisation skills: Knowledge of A/B testing, SEO, Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and best practices. Affiliate experience: Proven success in implementing and managing affiliate marketing programmes.
