An exciting contract opportunity has arisen for a M&A Project Manager to join this business on an initial 3 month basis.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Organising and co-ordinating M&A activity
2. Confidently working with Data Rooms
3. Key stakeholder management with regard to any M&A queries and information
4. Due diligence activities
5. Obtaining and presenting key information to senior stakeholders
6. Managing flow of information
7. Liaison with key business areas such as Legal, Tax & Finance
