Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordination: Manage the end-to-end process of freight forwarding, including booking shipments, preparing documentation, and coordinating with carriers and clients.
2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely updates on shipment status.
3. Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
