Director of Sales
who will be responsible for driving the Sales plan for the Hotel, in line with overall business mix objectives. To manage and develop the Sales and M&E team, retaining and increasing existing account production through effective and consistent sales service; to development new accounts via a structured and coordinated sales approach, resulting in the achievement of the hotel profit plan. The

Key Responsibilities will include: Accountable for hotel specific segment revenue targets as pertaining to the budget plan. To develop Annual Sales Plan in conjunction with the Hotel General Manager in order to achieve the hotel profit plan. Identify and act upon new sales opportunities for the development of additional customers in order to increase revenues. To capture a greater market share and increase revenues in conjunction with all sales resources. To measure existing and potential business in revenue and gross operating profit in accordance with the market segmentation. To be responsible for the communication of competitor information and market share analysis. To plan local sales promotions for relevant market segments, in order to maximise revenues and maintain competitiveness. The Experience & Qualifications for

Confident individual who is adept in prioritising and managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Ability to take the initiative and deal with unexpected situations and last minute changes. Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential data.
