Company Description Multiple site locations Role Description The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple restaurant locations within a designated area. They ensure each location meets financial targets, maintains high service standards, and operates efficiently. By leading, supporting, and developing individual restaurant managers, the Area Manager drives consistent quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability across all sites. Qualifications Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills Experience in restaurant operations and customer service Knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong organisational skills Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred 5 years of experience in a management role within the QSR or hospitality industry, with multi-unit management experience preferred. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of health, safety, and food safety regulations. Ability to travel frequently between locations within the area.
