Our salary scale ranges from £26,520 as a Customer Assistant to £37,333 as a Store Manager-in-Training. Your salary will grow with your experience and responsibilities.
Job Description
The Retail Leadership Degree Apprenticeship is a four-year programme designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to build a successful career in retail. You will start as a Customer Assistant, progressing through roles such as Shift Manager and Deputy Store Manager, before becoming a Store Manager-in-Training.
During your journey, you will complete university modules in various subjects, including Retail Business Environment, Retail Culture & Mindset, and Digital Retail. You will also gain valuable hands-on experience in store operations, leadership, and management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Must have been living in the UK for at least three years prior to the commencement of the apprenticeship
* To live (or relocate) within a one-hour commute of the store you plan to work in
* Good time-management skills, as you will need to balance your study, assignments, and work in store
* Initiative and determination to succeed in a fast-paced, challenging work environment, while balancing a challenging apprenticeship
