Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Prepare ingredients and maintain all workspaces, ensuring compliant handling of all baking and other kitchen equipment. Ensure mise-en-place is always freshly prepared. Follow recipes and assist with the development of new menu offerings. Be creative and express ideas. Ensure all ingredients and equipment required is readily available. Handle ingredients and equipment with care. Adhere to health and safety protocols. Including excellent knowledge of food handling and hygiene. Supporting the development of Chef Apprentices and junior staff. About you: Experience as a Chef de Partie is essential, along with the drive and confidence to work as part of a fast and efficient team. Passion to work with quality ingredients and always deliver on guest satisfaction is essential.
