Job Description:
The KYC Operations Senior Group Manager is a senior management position responsible for overseeing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight, and regulatory reporting services in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. The role focuses on developing and managing Citi's internal KYC (Know Your Client) program.
Responsibilities:
* Design and implement global operational capacity and productivity frameworks to ensure an effective, sustainable end-to-end KYC process across the KYC Business Support Unit (BSU), ensuring compliance with KYC standards.
* Manage capacity planning and operational performance scorecards.
* Develop, optimize, and manage productivity strategies aligned with global standards, collaborating with business and Compliance teams.
* Set productivity targets at various organizational levels, including global, regional, and team-specific.
* Adapt to changes in client populations, regulatory commitments, and internal policies.
* Lead impact analysis sessions related to technology changes, operational procedures, and external client requirements.
* Ensure capacity planning and workload prioritization across regional hubs, participating in management strategy discussions.
* Lead AML KYC projects and transformation initiatives to improve operational productivity, managing project activities, risks, and communications.
* Engage with global core functions during system releases, process improvements, and reporting preparations.
* Assess risks associated with business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and maintaining high standards of ethical conduct.
Qualifications:
