FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Assistant Accountant based in Turriff, Aberdeenshire on a Permanent, Full Time basis.
Main duties include:
* Assisting with Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
* Assisting with Preparation of Final Accounts to Statutory Level Ready for Audit
* Assisting with Preparation of Management Information and Costings
* Cash Flow Forecasting
* Budgeting and Variance Analysis
* VAT Returns
* Sales Invoicing
* Sales & Purchase Ledger duties during busy periods
* Holiday Cover for Purchase Ledger function
* Month End Reconciliations
* Credit Control and Sales Ledger Receipt Allocation
* Process Credit Card Statements, Fuel Sheets, Inter-Company Recharges
* Assisting members of the accounts team as required
Suitable candidates should have the following:
* Prior experience in a similar role
* Familiarity with month end reporting processes
* Experience with Sage accounting software or similar
* Keen analytical skills and attention to detail
Candidates should be based locally to Turriff, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK
