REED Business Support is supporting a well established and prestigious organisation with the recruitment of a Front of House Receptionist on a temp to perm basis. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as first point of contact to all customers face to face, over the telephone and via email Maintain a clean and well presented reception area Booking appointments for new and existing customers Updating internal databases Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the day to day business General admin tasks PERSON SPECIFICATION: Professional and well presented Experience of working in a customer facing role Highly organised Able to work in a busy and fast paced environment Ability to use own initiative and think on your feet Competent user of IT Excellent communication skills HOURS OF WORK: Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:30 (some flexibility when required) SALARY: 24K – 26K, DOE My client is looking for someone to join their team relatively quickly so you will ideally be immediately available or have little to no notice.
