Nurture Assistant / Emotional Support Assistant

My client is seeking a dedicated Nurture Assistant to support the emotional and social development of pupils through tailored interventions and therapeutic activities. What You’ll Be Doing
* Assist in designing, planning, and delivering evidence-based interventions
* Use assessment tools like SNAP Behaviour to identify student needs
* Support the daily operations of the Rainbow Room
* Report on student progress to class teachers and staff
* Provide emotional support and care for students
* Lead and participate in therapeutic group sessions
About You
* Ability to perform the duties as described
* Strong communication skills with sensitivity and confidentiality
* Ability to relate well to children and adults
* Experience working with vulnerable children is desirable
* Knowledge of assessment tools like SNAP Behaviour
* Ability to plan and deliver emotional well-being interventions
