About the role
Here at Kerry, we are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Finance Analyst based in Staines, N.W Surrey on a hybrid working basis.
You will support the weekly and monthly financial reporting, analysis for the Dairy Consumer Foods business alongside managing access for commercial users, approval tables and master data governance.
The successful candidate will possess analytical skills, able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, alongside being part or fully qualified (CIMA/ ACCA).
Key responsibilities
1. Support with coordinating & consolidating monthly reporting packs for circulation to senior leadership teams
2. Collating commentary
3. Reviewing insights and trends
4. KPI reporting
5. Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
6. Consolidated reporting
7. Preparation and circulation of weekly performance report for senior leadership teams
8. Flash reporting / Flash variance analysis
9. Support on financial projects & system testing as required by the business
10. Ensure all Commercial users have the correct access - Pricing/TPM/Dispute Management & MDG
11. Maintenance & management of access control tables for SAP pricing & TPMs
12. Ensure all Commercial users have access to the correct training documents/courses
13. Review any user issues with ICT or EPM teams and understand root cause (e.g. access, pricing, master data)
14. Support with ICT audits of user access
15. Maintenance & management of approval workflows for pricing, TPMs & dispute management
16. Profit centre derivation rules maintenance in SAP/GTM
17. Request set up of new profit centres and changes to existing profit centres
18. Review and governance of hierarchy structures used in GTM & MDP reporting - e.g. brand, core technology & technology management hierarchies
19. Support with bi-annual GTM & MDP reporting restatement process
Qualifications and skills
1. CIMA/ACCA qualification
2. Good Excel skills
3. Understanding of SAP (desirable)
4. Weekly & monthly reporting experience
