Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference? We’re seeking caring, dedicated, and committed Relief Support Workers to join our friendly team in Bursledon. You’ll work with six amazing people, aged 36 to 63, each with learning disabilities and their own unique personality. Whether it’s *David’s passion for Southampton FC and rock concerts or *Susan’s love of Disney films, you’ll enjoy getting to know their interests and supporting them in a way that’s tailored to their needs.
We’re looking for 2 Relief Support Workers who are confident swimmers and hold a UK manual driving licence. You will support the people we care for in hydrotherapy sessions, and be available to cover day or night shifts as needed to support the permanent team.

* Confident swimming skills to assist during hydrotherapy sessions.
* A genuine passion for supporting others and the ability to build meaningful connections with the people you work with.
* Flexibility to work a variety of day and night shifts as needed.
* A commitment to providing high-quality care and following individual care plans.

Training and Development
