Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Manager to oversee our culinary operations. Your role will be to ensure that the stall market run smoothly from the food preparation to the service to customers, as well as looking after material, set up stall, shopping etc...
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for food preparation, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional dining experiences. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of food safety standards and the ability to manage a diverse team.
You need to be organised and reliable, have a strong sense of friendly and efficient customer service.
The works days are :
Friday : shopping +food preparation
Saturdays+sundays : on site : bring the material to site / setting up the stall / service to customers /cleaning /packing
Job starting July 2025 for 1 month full training.
Responsibilities
•Lead and supervise staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
•Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality and consistency in all dishes served.
•Implement and maintain food safety protocols in accordance with health regulations.
•Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
•Train staff in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and customer service standards.
•Monitor kitchen operations, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
