After 14 years of fantastic service, our Headteacher will retire in July 2025. This gives us an exciting opportunity to welcome a new leader to our wonderful school family.

The ideal candidate will:
* Have a strong track record of working as part of a Senior Leadership Team.
* Lead school improvement and raise educational standards for all children.
* Have an excellent knowledge of curriculum development from Early Years through to Year 6 (this is particularly important in our school where we have mixed age classes).
* Enjoy developing, coaching, and supporting team members to ensure they provide the best possible education and care for our pupils.
* Align to the vision and values of the school.
* Be approachable and accessible to all staff, pupils and parents, demonstrating empathy and compassion.
* Have a strong knowledge base and extensive experience of supporting children with SEND.
* Be willing and able to get involved in all areas of school life showing flexibility and adaptability.
