Facilities Administrator Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY Hours: 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7) Contract Type: Permanent, salaried Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are getting ready for our 2025 season, and we are recruiting for a Facilities Administrator to join our AWESOME Technical Services Team Our Facilities Team works hard to keep our resort looking fantastic, while adhering to compliance regulations and health & safety legislation, and the Facilities Administrator supports the team by coordinating our office functionality efficiently and alongside the wider Facilities Management Team. The Facilities Administrator will look after our work order & asset management system, placing orders, raising work orders, sending purchase orders, liaising with internal stakeholders and ensuring a timely response. You’ll be a key contact for external contractors, ensuring they are safe and complaint while onsite, will support with budget management across the department and lead all administrative duties for the department. As a primary contact for the department, you will create and maintain relationships across the resort with all departments, from front line hosts to senior leaders, representing and championing the awesome work that our facilities team does.
