Qualifications: Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading a talent acquisition function in a large corporate environment. Team Management: Demonstrated success in managing high-performing resourcing teams. Transformational Impact: Evidence of driving transformation and change within recruitment functions. Stakeholder Relationships: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders. People Skills: Exceptional people management and engagement skills. Strategic Expertise: Deep knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategy. Data-Driven Decisions: Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic initiatives.
