QA and Compliance Administrator
My client is an established and growing global organisation that works within the electronics distribution sector, serving clients in the Defence, Aerospace, Automotive, and Medical sectors. Employing nearly 200 people worldwide and with a turnover of £200 million, this is an exciting time to be part of this dynamic company.
They are at the forefront of quality and service-driven component distribution, setting the standards now and anticipating future trends to ensure their services are aligned with customers’ business needs.
We are looking for a strong administrator to support the QA and Compliance team with their administration. There will be plenty of training and my client likes to recruit from within where possible, providing lots of potential for growth.
Summary/Objectives:
1. Support the business in all aspects of quality assurance to ensure compliance with International Standards and customer requirements.
2. Manage the Company Approved Supplier List.
3. Manage New Suppliers within Quality System and ERP.
4. Maintain internal database.
5. Report to industry regarding counterfeit mitigation.
6. Provide regular Quality Performance metrics.
7. Manage and Control the Company RMA and RTV process.

Qualifications, Key Competencies and Experience:
1. Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other core applications.
2. Valid UK driving licence.
Essential:
1. Experience of administration tasks.
2. Strong interpersonal and team working skills.
3. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
4. Ability to work flexibly and independently.
5. Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
6. Willingness to travel.
Desirable:
1. Knowledge/Awareness of ISO/AS quality management standards.
