Job summary We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our expanding countywide recruitment and development team. The role includes managing student placements, involvement in the recruitment process, developing existing workforce and assisting in the delivery of modern apprenticeships. You will also link with the universities, attend trust wide and theatre based recruitment events, support and encourage staff with mandatory training requirements and participate in governance projects. The successful candidate will have 2 years experience as a Anaesthetic/Scrub/Recovery practitioner and will need to be a highly organized individual who can lead a team ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care are maintained.
