Role Overview
Our client is looking for a solicitor to join their Casualty Local Government team dealing with a variety of cases involving public sector and insurance client nationally. Successful candidates must have experience handling defendant local government claims.
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a solicitor who can demonstrate:
- Must be a qualified solicitor or CILEX with previous experience at managing defendant EL/PL claims
- Knowledge of social care/abuse claims is essential
- Excellent organisational skills to deal with your caseload effectively.
- Achieve set chargeable hours and financial targets.
- Able to work as part of an existing team.
