The successful candidate will provide support to the Customer & Digital Services Directorate and will undertake various duties as directed by their manager.
The service performance analyst will gain a variety of experiences and learning opportunities in the workplace.
The team provides support to all areas in Digital & Customer Services, ranging from the call centre to 24/7 services and the alarm receiving centre.
