What the job looks like
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
* ABPI Signatory for all promotional and non-promotional material
* Lead Guideline and formulary work that is relevant to the asset across UKINOR
* Lead medical input into asset activities and materials
* Lead medical education for the asset
* Support data generation
* Support MI department when required
* According to the cluster and global strategy, develop local and cluster asset medical programs that are : compliant, engaging, creative and high quality with clear learning objectives.
* Plan and organize various medical activities including advisory boards
* Ensure asset activities are conducted in compliance with all relevant codes across UKINOR with applicable policies
* Support field activity.
What you’ll bring to the table

* Experienced ABPI final signatory
* Proven skills in the following areas: strategic thinking, organizational skills, project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, negotiation, written and verbal communication, budgeting and uncovering customer needs.
* Dedication and motivation to working as a strong cross-functional partner
* Communicative, open, transparent personality
* Demonstrated ability to partner with Key External Experts to gain key insights and develop educational accredited and non-accredited content
* Ability to work in an international environment
* Skills to translate to learning content of programming.
* Understanding of compliance, legal, regulatory, marketing and medical functions
* Results driven, innovative, assertive, strategic problem solver, strong project and account leadership skills are preferred
* MUST: registered and experienced final signatory in UK: MD or pharmacist
* Understanding for pain physiology, pain management, clinical aspects of pain treatment, solid knowledge in medical statistics & epidemiology
* Suitable experience in pharmaceutical industry/medical affairs
* Leadership
* Strong capabilities for cross functional work
* Knowledge in compliance rules for NX/UK/IE countries
* Business level skills in written/spoken English
* Travel required, est. 10%
