Main duties of the job
The Dental Nurse role will provide full clinical support associated with the needs of the Community Dental Service. They are responsible for the daily operational procedures of their designated clinics. They will work alongside the Dental Surgeon and as part of a dedicated team. The Dental Nurse can be required to travel between centres and assist with numerous dental surgeons. Evening, weekend and bank holiday working is also required within the out of hours emergency dental service.

* National Examination Board for Dental Nurses or NVQ Level 3.
* GDC Registration.
