Job summary This new post of Chief Delivery Officer at Black Country ICB (BCICB) would assume responsibility for the strategic commissioning and associated improvement of the Acute, Mental Health, 111/999 and Place portfolios and operational oversight of the System Control Centre as well as having the statutory responsibility for EPRR for the ICB as a Category 1 responder as the ICBs Accountable Emergency Officer.
