As Project Manager, you will have responsibility for delivery of best-in-class retail experiences. We’re looking for someone who can own the entire project lifecycle to deliver excellent levels of service, provide a seamless customer experience, achieve commercial success and make a positive impact on the environment. What you’ll do: • Understand, develop and own the project plan including project outcome, scope, timeline and resources required • Own and manage the project budget including cost estimates and tracking of expenses to ensure the project is delivered within budget • Lead all client communications for the project liasing closely with the account management team • Building and maintaining strong positive working relationships both internally and externally • Manage inventory, organise project logistics and field resources within the scope of the project • Update and manage all systems required for the project including; Team Haven, Clarity, PHQ, Mintsoft • Monitor and ensure the quality of the project is met in line with project brief • Ensure the smooth closure of the project internally and externally documenting any lessons learned What you’ll need: • Previous experience working as a Project Manager or in a Project Support role • Excellent knowledge Project Management methodology • The ability to plan, organise and prioritise work in line with project deadlines and team goals. • The ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders • An understanding of warehouse and inventory stock management • Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excell etc.
