The Education Data Hub is looking to recruit to a permanent part-time flexible post in the Data Protection for Schools Team. We are looking for a passionate individual to support the Data Protection Team in the delivery of data protection services to schools and multi-academy trusts (MATs) across the country.
Experience of information governance and associated data principles would be beneficial, along with good working knowledge of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The successful candidate will need the ability to work proactively and communicate effectively, as well as an ability to work to deadlines with good organisational skills. We are seeking to appoint a motivated individual who is creative and reliable to support the team. (Marketing experience may be beneficial).
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Monitoring any upcoming academisations for customer schools.
* Monitoring Ofsted results for customer schools and MATs.
* Developing, coordinating, and monitoring the service stationery and promotional advertisement (e.g., leaflets, business cards, etc.).
* Ensuring service feedback reports are updated, delivered, analysed on completion, and shared with the appropriate team members.
* Proactively creating social media posts for the service and upkeeping an online presence.
* Maintaining and monitoring the customer/contracts log.
