As we expand our team, we’re looking for a dedicated individual to support our clients in the adoption of a new CRM. You will be the first line of contact for supporting users and will be joining a growing company with lots of opportunities to learn and develop your career. You will be exposed to the Salesforce platform and supported in the development of your career.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Utilise Salesforce to manage client interactions, track service requests, and maintain accurate records.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service provision and resolution of client issues.
* Stay informed about industry trends and developments in financial services to better assist clients.
* Support onboarding activities for new clients.
* Deliver custom development requests from clients.
Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
* Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and propose effective solutions.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing client relationships.
* Previous experience in the property sector is highly desirable, but not essential.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
* Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all client interactions are documented accurately.
