Job Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion solutions, with expertise in implementing, configuring, and optimizing ERP, Procurement, PPM, and EPM applications.
Skilled and experienced in a wide variety of Tech and Functional Oracle Cloud solutions, particularly in Oracle Financials or Procurement, you will support a broad range of services, which will include:
1. Engaging and actively participating in ongoing Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, assisting in all remaining phases and working with all relevant stakeholders to deliver against programme timelines.
2. Reviewing, updating, commenting on, and approving the relevant documentation (e.g., strategy documents, technical/functional solution designs, configuration workbooks, test plans, etc.) produced by the SI leads for your area, ensuring it is in line with Bank standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Sharing technical expertise during workshops and training sessions with relevant stakeholders (i.e., SMEs, systems integrator lead(s), solution architects, other technical teams in the Bank, etc.) to educate on best practices, functionalities, and capabilities of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
4. Supporting data integration efforts between Oracle Fusion Cloud and other Bank systems (including those introduced by the Programme), ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
5. Assisting in the migration of existing legacy solutions to the Oracle Cloud platform, providing guidance on data migration and validation processes.
6. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during the implementation process, working closely with Oracle Support as needed.
7. Developing custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to meet the Bank’s unique reporting requirements.
8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and IT stakeholders, to ensure seamless project delivery and a successful transition into BAU.
9. Providing functional and technical mentorship on Oracle Fusion products functionality to other members of the team.
