Role Overview:
The Graduate Amazon Executive is a crucial support role for client accounts and serves as an excellent entry point for a career in digital marketing, offering insights into the industry from the ground up. Below is a list of skills that candidates should aim to master and apply regularly before progressing in their careers. This is not an exhaustive checklist for promotion but rather a guideline of expectations.
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of advertising campaigns, focusing on performance optimization in accordance with set objectives, including the use of 3P software for targeting and automating bidding strategies.
* Research and set up client campaigns, focusing on integrating innovative tools for enhanced targeting and engagement.
* Utilize advanced analytics tools to plan and forecast campaign performance based on real-time data, market trends, and seasonality.
* Build reports on campaign performance, providing detailed insights and recommendations.
* Support the management of client requests, ensuring their needs are met efficiently across all advertising platforms, developing skills in budget management for multi-platform advertising campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
* Develop an in-depth understanding of the evolving advertising ecosystem, including Sponsored Products and DSP (Demand-Side Platform), gaining expertise in Amazon, Criteo, and Citrus Advertising.
* Acquire advanced skills in auditing and optimizing product listings on Amazon, leveraging tools like A+ Content and Amazon Storefronts to improve visibility and conversion rates.
* Navigating both Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, focusing on account setup, product listing management, and account health monitoring.
About the Candidate:
* A degree with a minimum of a 2:1 classification, ideally in a business or marketing vertical or part of an agency internship program.
* Able to perform tasks with an upbeat/can-do attitude.
* Has a drive to succeed both personally and for our clients.
* Able to communicate at all levels.
* Is organized and efficient; able to prioritize and complete all tasks.
* Able to take positive criticism - the digital industry is not about knowing everything but being inquisitive enough to find out and getting to the bottom of things.
