Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Manager to join our Group Corporate Affairs team. This role is an integral part of our Digital team, responsible for managing the Group’s website — our primary window to the corporate brand.
Key Accountabilities:
* Oversee the Group's website.
* Bring our strategy, purpose, and values to life through engaging content.
* Enhance the Group’s reputation by creatively showcasing our corporate brand.
* Drive innovation and keep up to date with digital trends.

Role Responsibilities:
* Content Management: Use Adobe AEM CMS to upload and optimise content daily.
* Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Delivery Manager to plan updates, enhancing website performance and staying ahead of trends.
* SEO & Analytics: Leverage SEO, analytics, and KPIs to drive website success.
* Accessibility Champion: Utilise tools like Crownpeak to ensure an inclusive user experience.
* Attention to Detail: Ensure consistency across webpages, maintaining impeccable spelling and grammar.
* Adaptability: Juggle multiple tasks and challenges within the Digital and Social ecosystem.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Present confidently to senior stakeholders.
* Continuous Learning: Embrace personal development opportunities.
What You’ll Need:
* CMS Expertise: Extensive experience working with a CMS.
* SEO and Analytics Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO and analytics.
* Accessibility Champion: Proficiency in using accessibility tools.
* User Experience and Interface Skills: Experience in building pages from scratch.
* Technical Expertise: Ability to identify development needs.
* Curiosity for AI: Interest in AI and its applications in digital transformation.
* Relationship Building: Strong skills in building rapport with stakeholders.
* Pressure Management: Ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Confidence with Senior Stakeholders: Comfort in presenting to senior leaders.
* Channel Knowledge: Awareness of creating engaging content across digital channels.
* Proactive: Actively seek opportunities to apply digital trends.
