Job Description
* Develop and implement strategic plans to meet company targets.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Oversee a team of account managers to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.
* Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with teams to ensure growth attainment.
* Assist in high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
* Develop and manage budgets.
* Provide detailed reports on revenue and market performance.
* Attend industry events in the Leeds area and beyond.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Account Director should have:
* A solid educational background in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* Proven leadership skills with experience leading high-performing teams
* Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities
* Excellent interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
* An innovative approach to digital marketing solutions
* A deep understanding of the Media & Agency industry
* Ability to represent the company at industry events
