Our client, a leading real estate investment firm, is seeking a dynamic professional to join their established team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh to manage adiverse portfolio of commercial propertiesacross the UK and Western Europe.
The Role:
As aProperty Manager, you will:
* Oversee day-to-day property managementactivities, ensuring efficient operations and tenant satisfaction.
* Manage service charges, including budget preparation, expenditure monitoring, and annual reconciliation.
* Coordinate withthird-party clients, acting as the main point of contact and delivering monthly/quarterly reports.
* Work closely withFacilities Managers, consultants, and contractorsto maintain high standards of service delivery.
* EnsureHealth & Safety compliance, including risk assessments, fire safety, and asbestos management.
* Conductregular property inspectionsto maintain standards and build strong tenant relationships.
* Managecredit control proceduresto ensure timely collection of payments.
* Supervise site-based staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
About You:
* Proven experience in property management, with a strong understanding ofproperty operations, tenant management, andservice charge management.
* Knowledge ofYARDI Property Management Databaseor similar property management systems.
* Familiarity withrelevant property legislation,health and safety regulations, andcompliance standards.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder managementskills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
* Stronganalytical and reporting skillswith proficiency inMS Office Suite(including PowerPoint and Excel).
* Ateam playerwith provenpeople management skillsand the ability to maintain high standards.
* MRICSqualification is desirable but not essential.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary:£45,000 - £50,000
