Produce risk reports to support divisional and organisational meetings / groups/ sub committees risk reporting. Ensure there are structures and systematic processes for the assessment, analysis, prioritisation and control of clinical risks. Ensure systems and processes are in place to manage, maintain and update the risk register. To oversee implementation and monitoring of risk register, and co-ordinate timely responses to the Central Alerting System. Provide expert advice on risk management principles. Oversee and implement an annual programme of essential risk/governance training for all staff and managers. To be the point of contact for reporting serious incidents acting as the hub for internal reporting. Support oversight coordination of investigations of serious incidents in line with PSIRF Framework. Ensure that lessons are learned by ensuring that mitigating actions as the result of incidents are recorded, maintained and implemented.
