The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative social media executive to work with a hugely successful company to take responsibility for the creative output across our hotel and F&B brands, social and digital channels. This role calls for a talented all-rounder with initiative and drive along with a skill set that includes:Video Producing/Editing,Photography along with some Graphic Design skills and Copywriting ability
The role would suit a social media native, who
1. Understands current social trends and content creation to grow our social media channels and engagement
2. You must have experience of managing and creating content for Instagram and Facebook and a working knowledge of other social platforms
3. This role requires planning, creation and design editing skills and as part of the Digital Team and the wider Marketing team
4. You will be responsible visual content creation of the brands
5. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, as well as key stakeholders and applicable external agency
6. You will manage the social media accounts,
7. Helping to create, manage and deliver the strategy for each brand and channel
8. You must have excellent creative, written and communication skills, with the ability to create, plan and prioritise
9. Be flexible, be self-motivated, multi-task, and adaptable
10. A can-do attitude with the proactivity to manage your own schedule is necessary, along with the creative capacity to manage different brands across different channels, each requiring different tones of voice and communicating with different audiences
11. Within this role you will also support coordinating the focus of the digital platforms, it's visuals, videography, copywriting, and campaign content
12. Along with organic social media channels, your content should, where feasible and appropriate, be usable across other channels such as email or paid ads
What we look for
13. Experience managing social media platforms for a comparable brand-led business
14. Able to deliver high quality video and photography
15. Post-production and editing of video and photography
16. Experience in designing brand content for social channels, web, on desktop and mobile
17. Creative thinker, articulate and persuasive and able to communicate operational initiatives and outcomes to a broad range of stakeholder groups
18. Proficient in editing platforms such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
19. Premier Pro Experience of leading the content creation process in a comparable brand-led business
20. Ability to multitask several creative projects
21. Excellent creative skills and a great eye for detail
