Our client is a well-established and successful IT reseller, known for delivering outstanding service to their growing customer base. As they continue to expand, they are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to be the sole dedicated customer service professional in the company. However, you won’t be alone, you’ll be part of a wider operations and administration team, with excellent management support and great colleagues always available when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
* Processing sales orders efficiently and accurately.
* Providing first-class customer service via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
* Handling payment processing and returns management.
* Liaising with suppliers and customers, ensuring timely resolution of any queries.
* Monitoring and responding to customer reviews to maintain excellent service standards.
* Assisting with courier requests and deliveries.
* Using the company’s ERP system (full training provided).
* Supporting the wider team with general administration duties.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong customer service experience, ideally in a professional setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritise and manage tasks effectively.
* High levels of organisation and time management.
