We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Compliance & Support Officer to temporarily join the Private Sector Housing Team.
This is an exciting role which will be key to ensuring that all properties used for the purposes of temporary accommodation are compliant with health & safety and compliance guidelines, as well as making sure they are in good state of repair.
Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with internal and external colleagues or contractors to ensure objectives and deadlines are met.
2. Attendance of ‘Teams’ and face to face meetings as appropriate.
3. Report generation.
4. Providing support to the Private Sector Housing Manager and the wider team.
Attention to detail and data accuracy is essential for this role. You will have strong administrative experience, a methodical and detailed approach to work and the ability to build productive working relationships.
