Construction Project Manager
Project manager required for an exciting refurbishment project in Windsor - an existing 3 storey Victorian mansion hotel and outbuildings, installation of new racquets courts, new swimming pool, and the re-sculpture of existing civils and landscaping to the 35-acre gardens, and the extension of an existing car park.
Project Details:

3. Procurement: JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor's Design, edition 2016
Requirements:
1. Easily accessible to Windsor and Oxford locations - max 1 hour travel by car from home
2. Driver for site mobility
3. Good command of English language, oral and written
4. Consistency of previous employment - If part-time or contract please state
5. Previous experience within hospitality sector (hotels/restaurants)
6. Previous experience with refurbishments of high-end works within listed buildings
7. Previous civil works and landscaping experience a bonus
8. Degree qualified or similar relevant within the construction industry
9. Appropriate skills with Administration, Budget, Client Relationship, Confident Personality, Construction, Design, Drawing Control, Health & Safety, Managing Staff, Planning and Scheduling, Procurement, Quality, Strong Leadership, and all other areas of Project Management
10. IT skills - Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, Bespoke Construction Software (Procore preferred)
