Banking Operations Trainee Administrator

Reports to the Banking Relationship - Senior Administrator
The purpose of this position is to support the Client Facing Teams and the Banking Operations Team (BOT) in completing business as usual banking activities, ensuring smooth operations, whilst adhering to the Banking Framework.
What you'll be doing
* Assist the BOT in supporting Client Facing Teams with banking queries.
* Responsible for reviewing the Banking Operations and Online Banking Mailboxes.
* Handle basic queries regarding user accesses, payments, and escalate issues when required.
* Ensure adherence to the internal banking policy.
* Participate in various ad-hoc projects to optimize banking operations.
* Assist in maintaining the Banking site on SharePoint.
* Assist the team in sending Authorised Signatory Lists to banks.
* Log banking Incidents.
