What We’re Looking For: A genuine passion for working with young children. A relevant childcare qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 in Early Years Education) is desirable but not essential. Experience in a nursery or similar setting is an advantage. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude.
