About Our Client
Our client is looking for an Assistant Management Accountant in Lincoln to join an established finance team in the Manufacturing and Production industry.
The successful candidate will be joining a well-established business in Lincoln.
You will be joining a small team and reporting to the Finance Manager. This is a varied role covering a range of core details.
This is a hybrid role paying up to £37,500 (DOE).
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting with month-end
* Prepayments and accruals
* Reconciliations (various)
* Process payroll
* Responsible for the fixed asset register
* Support with purchase ledger
* Cashbook postings
* Supporting with management accounts
* Ad-hoc duties that may be required
The Successful Applicant
The successful Assistant Accountant:
* Experience in a similar position
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong Excel and Finance System experience
* Understanding of how the Accounting Function works
* Be available on short notice
* Able to travel to Lincoln
