Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager Location: Oxfordshire Salary: £60,000 per annum Package The Role Manage mechanical packages on new build projects from pre-construction to completion Oversee site activities, ensuring safe, timely, and budget-compliant delivery Cover the following areas: Slough, Aylesbury, Oxford, Reading Plan and manage resources, materials, and procurement schedules Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and health & safety regs Produce project documentation including RAMS, reports, and O&M manuals Chair regular site meetings and technical reviews Deliver projects typically ranging from £500k–£3m in value The Company Over 20 years delivering Mechanical/HVAC projects throughout the UK. Operates across both commercial and residential sectors. Office based in Oxfordshire. Team of approximately 30 direct employees, including office and site staff. Annual turnover around £8.5 million. This hire is due to company growth and a strengthened order book.
