About The Role…
We are now looking for a talented Business Development Alliance Managers to join our Site and Patient Services (SPS) and Home Trial Support teams in the UK & US. As a Business Development Alliance Manager, you will generate new business for the Business Unit from both new and existing customers, ensuring all opportunities are appropriately handled to maximize win rates, service uptake, revenue and customer retention.
The Business Development Alliance Manager will be responsible for:
* Maintaining & building relationships within all target organizations
* Generate new sales leads and opportunities, leading to closure
* Bid defence preparation, management & conduct
* Cold calling & networking to build new accounts
Skills, Experience, And Qualifications...
We are looking for talented individuals who thrive in a very busy environment. Highly analytical, self-motivated and have skills in influencing and persuading.
We are interested to hear from individuals with the following experience:
* University or college degree in life science, pharmacy, nursing or equivalent relevant discipline.
* Experience within the clinical trial/research industry is essential, along with site and/or home trial support experience is preferred.
* Prior sales experience is preferred but we will consider applicants from other commercial/patient focussed backgrounds within the clinical trial/research industry
* Strong technical and problem solving skills, highly computer literate
* Excellent attention to detail and quality
* Excellent organizational, planning, resource and general management skills
Where: This role will be office/home based (remote and hybrid working options are available).
Contract Type: This is a Full-Time, Permanent position
