The client is a medium sized international education service provider based in Isleworth. They work with a variety of clients on various projects and are extremely busy at the moment.
Job Description
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
3. General office duties such as ordering stock, ensuring documents are filed correctly etc...
4. Hosting guests in the office, meeting and greeting people into the office
5. Provide support for projects and events
6. Coordinating training materials and organising venues
7. Typing, proofreading and collation of documents
8. Formatting documents and preparing PowerPoint presentation
9. Answering phone calls
10. Take responsibility for Travel and accommodation bookings
11. Raise purchase orders
12. Attend meetings and take minutes
