We are seeking a talented Marketing Data Analyst to join our fast paced marketing team within a leading Environmental company. The Data Analyst will be surrounded by like-minded people trying to achieve similar goals. As a marketing function, we are making increasingly data-based decisions based on the success of campaigns, and you will spearhead the data drive that underpins the marketing team's activities.

What will you be doing?
Do you like solving complex problems? Are you a logical thinker? Do you want to be part of an innovative team trying to leverage data's power to rapidly improve the marketing function?
* The Marketing Data Analyst will understand the importance of modelling standards and how this impacts report development as well as performance for our end users
* An understanding on how to analyse metrics such as cost of acquisition, customer intent, conversion rates, engagement rates, and more.
* Utilising insights to help the marketing department optimise campaigns and increase revenue.
* Monitoring, reporting, and providing feedback to the department to aid continuous improvement plans.
* Use advanced analytics practices to delve deeper into trends and patterns in the data and proactively find insights to present back to our stakeholders
* Acting as the gatekeeper of campaign-focused data, ensuring a clean database and quality reporting.
* Reporting to the marketing manager and facilitating wider distribution of data insights to the business.
* Identifying data gaps that require business support.
* Staying updated on industry trends, particularly in digital marketing and future markets.
What are we looking for?
* Degree or equivalent in Data Analytics or a related subject.
* Experience using Power BI and/or Salesforce.
* Expertise in analysing and reporting marketing data against KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.
* Proven experience in a similar data-led role focused on continuous improvement.
* Strong business acumen and relationship management skills.
* Advanced skills in effective communication, time management, informed decision-making, and project management.
* High proficiency in IT, data analytics, and advanced mathematics.
* Expert in upskilling and staying on top of marketing trends.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
