Customer Communications Specialist - Loyalty & Rewards (B2C) Reading | Hybrid Day Rate Contract - Inside IR35 Contract till the end of July 2025 You must be available to start immediately or asap You must be eligible to work in the UK without the need for Sponsorship This role will be responsible for managing the creative development of communications for our Telco Partner's rewards app. This will involve acquiring new members and also servicing in-life members, across different marketing channels including email, SMS, DM and App. The successful candidate will be part of a busy communications squad, working closely with the CVM team, Marketing Managers, Partnerships and Propositions team to deliver against customer experience ambitions, download targets, stimulating an active user base and offer redemptions. Experience Experience in Customer Comms or related Marketing comms in B2C organisations Copy Writing experience Experience with AI/ Chat GBT Experience in driving positive impact on customer behavior and commercial outcomes Good stakeholder management experience, comfortable influencing peers and senior team Experience working in multi-functional teams to deliver joint objectives Strong attention to detail and ability to think differently about how to solve comms challenges Excellent grammar and language skills with a passion for exceptional copy writing Ability to write inspiring and brilliant briefs Click on Apply, should you be keen
