£32000 - £36000
Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking a Technical Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate high-quality sales leads in line with our client's focused strategy.
Develop and maintain pricing records for our client's equipment range.
Create and maintain customer records and details in the CRM system.
Create and issue sales contracts, managing the entire sales process from initial offer to final delivery and commissioning.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand and assess client needs to ensure the delivery of cost-effective proposals for suitable equipment.
Maintain aftersales and equipment sales planners.
Assist with customer relations, logging client feedback and evaluating the data received.
Create new sales that target B2B customers and position our client's products as the best solutions for prospective clients.
Administer and coordinate aftersales by establishing key relationships and understanding client's requirements.
Submit aftersales quotations and follow the order process through to delivery.
Prepare tender submissions.
Conduct competitor market research and reporting.
Travel to clients on a global scale as required, as well as attending trade shows.
Develop long-term maintenance contracts with clients for our client's equipment.
Provide input and feedback regarding new equipment and/or the development of new features.
Liaise with clients to establish letters of credit, as required.Essential Skills:
Technically minded with a willingness and interest in developing engineering/technical knowledge.
Proficient in using Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Previous experience in general sales/office administration.
A team player with good and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong grammatical and numerical skills.
An analytical and systematic approach, with high attention to detail.
Ability to work using own initiative when necessary.
Cultural sensitivity.
Willingness to travel and work internationally.
