Key Responsibilities: Personal Care: Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while ensuring their dignity and respect. Health Monitoring: Support with monitoring and managing health conditions, including medication administration, mobility assistance, and managing medical equipment. Complex Care: Provide support to clients with complex conditions such as neurological disorders, physical disabilities, dementia, or long-term illnesses. Emotional Support: Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support to help enhance the quality of life for clients. Daily Living: Assist clients with household tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and shopping to promote independence. Record Keeping: Document care provided, report any changes in condition, and follow care plans to ensure the client’s needs are met. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience within complex care (Tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, Catheter and stoma care, Ventilator management, Epilepsy care) Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must hold a valid driving license and have access to a car.
