Advising on a wide range of insurance litigation matters covering all business sectors, the team distinguish themselves by not being tied to any insurance company and acting exclusively for policyholders. As a result, they can give the best possible advice on all aspects of policy coverage.
A highly stable team, most of the partners trained at the firm and they very rarely recruit externally. The last time was over three years ago!
Responsibilities:
1. Provide legal advice on insurance litigation matters.
2. Assist in managing cases and preparing legal documentation.
3. Conduct research and analysis on relevant legal issues.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent academics with training at a top insurance litigation practice.
2. Good knowledge of civil procedure, case management, and dispute resolution strategies.
3. Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
4. Proactive approach and strong organizational skills.
5. Familiarity with professional indemnity policies and coverage issues or experience within commercial litigation.
