The Role:
We are looking for a Bid Assistant to support a Bid Coordinator in preparing and submitting high-quality bids and tenders. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, and eager to develop within a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in compiling, formatting, and proofreading bid documents.
* Support the Bid Coordinator with tender submissions, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Research and gather information for bids, including project details and client requirements.
* Maintain bid trackers, CRM systems, and document libraries.
* Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to collate relevant information.
* Help ensure compliance with bid requirements and company branding guidelines.
* Support the creation of case studies, CVs, and supporting bid materials.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous administrative experience within construction (this could be as a site administrator, document controller, office assistant, office administrator, bid assistant etc.)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
